Dr. Monica Maria Olivares

Dr. Monica Maria Olivares is RD&A Director for Women & Infant Health at Kerry. She holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Granada, Spain, and earned her PhD in Molecular Biology at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). A recognized expert in probiotic research, Dr. Olivares specializes in probiotic strains isolated from human milk. She has authored over 80 scientific publications, including more than 40 focused on probiotics, and is listed as an inventor on eight patents — three of which are dedicated to probiotic innovations.
