Azelis, one of the leading innovation service providers in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, is proud to announce its new distribution agreement with Kerry, a world leader in taste and nutrition for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets. As a continuation of a partnership initiated in 2018, this new mandate allows Azelis to reinforce its portfolio within the food, beverage, and meat sectors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. Commercial actions will be effective as of March 1, 2023.

Kerry’s product range will ensure Azelis’ customers have a wide portfolio of savory and sweet applications and the development of innovative solutions using technology and marketing knowledge. Azelis’ strong network of laboratories, including a Regional Competence Center for Meat and Meat Alternatives, will be an excellent support to offer partners new formulations and ingredient insights.

Thomas Hahlin Ahlinder, chief executive officer, Kerry Europe, said, “The announcement is an important step for our business in Europe, as our new partnership with Azelis will help improve the delivery of our core technologies across the region. We selected Azelis as a partner due to its teams’ extensive experience, and we anticipate this partnership will provide increased access and additional choice to a larger number of customers.”

Anna Bertona, regional chief executive officer, Azelis EMEA, added, “We are delighted that Kerry places its trust in Azelis with this new mandate, reinforcing our business relationships across several European countries. We are ready to create new opportunities for our customers through our deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry and the innovative solutions we can provide thanks to our technical and formulation expertise. We look forward to the success resulting from our partnership.”
