Mane Kancor, a global pioneer in natural ingredient solutions, is proud to announce that it has been honored with three prestigious recognitions at Fi India 2025 and IFEAT 2025.

At Fi India 2025, Mane Kancor received the Excellence in Sustainable Practices Award for its Mint Sustainability Initiatives. Through its farmer empowerment programmes, the company collaborates with over 6,000 mint farmers across 550 villages and 6,500 hectares in Uttar Pradesh, creating a model of sustainable and traceable sourcing. Central to this achievement is the partnership with the Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP) and the introduction of Early Mint Technology (EMT), which reduces irrigation by nearly 30%, lowers diesel pump usage, cuts greenhouse gas emissions by 37%, and enhances crop productivity and farmer incomes. Complementary initiatives including soil testing, integrated nutrient and pest management, intercropping, and agroforestry further strengthen biodiversity and resilience across mint growing regions.

Mane Kancor also empowers farming communities through transparency and fair pricing. Its Traceability Purchase Record System (TPRS) geo-tags farms, monitors practices, and provides traceability records, while guaranteeing minimum support prices 30–40% above market rates. Upgraded local distillation units with efficient condensers, cooling towers, and stainless-steel separators boost mint extraction oil yield by 15%, cut water usage by ~50%, and increase incomes for rural entrepreneurs.

These efforts were also recognised globally, with Mane Kancor being awarded for its sustainable initiatives at the IFEAT 2025 Sustainability Awards, where the company received the Second Prize in the Large Companies Category (>250 employees).

From sustainable sourcing to product innovation, Mane Kancor’s impact spans the value chain. At Fi India 2025, its Sichuan Pepper Oleoresin was showcased as an innovative ingredient. Renowned for its citrusy aroma and numbing sensation, Sichuan Pepper has been transformed into a concentrated oleoresin using advanced extraction technology, ensuring consistent flavour and potency. The ingredient enables food creators to deliver bold, authentic taste and sensory impact in seasoning blends, sauces, and marinades, and was selected as one of the top three most innovative products in the New Product Zone.
