Among the highlights are vegetarian empanadas, Dubai chocolate muffins, banana and cherry smoothie powder, alcohol-free vanilla-rum cream, pizza waffles, vegan nuggets, freeze-dried yoghurt bites, fire-kissed almonds and more.
Azelis has been selected to take part in the Innovation Tour on the first day (2 December, 11:00–12:30) in the Reformulation category. Led by industry experts, the tour will spotlight how companies are addressing major market trends at Fi Europe, with Azelis’s Food & Nutrition experts showcasing their innovative approach to creating smarter, more sustainable solutions for modern customers.
The event also marks the joint participation of the newly integrated Haarla and Hortimex teams within Azelis’s Food & Nutrition network in the Nordics and Poland, further strengthening its regional reach and technical capabilities across Europe.
