Lamipak, a global leader in food and beverage packaging solutions, concluded Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 on a high note, marking one of its most successful participations to date. The event served as a powerful platform to showcase Lamipak’s expanded product portfolio, reaffirm its commitment to innovation, and strengthen partnerships across the Indian sub-continent and the Middle East and Africa.
A major highlight of Lamipak’s participation was the showcasing of LamiSleeve, a landmark addition to its aseptic packaging lineup. With this new addition, Lamipak now offers a complete aseptic beverage carton portfolio across both sleeve and roll-fed formats, enabling customers to access end-to-end packaging solutions from a single trusted provider.
“Entering the sleeve segment, where many have attempted but struggled to establish a reliable, scalable solution, reinforces Lamipak’s position as a trusted packaging partner capable of delivering consistency, quality, and innovation in a highly demanding category,” said Karunesh Singh, Cluster Head for the ISU Region.
In addition to its core carton packaging formats, Lamipak unveiled several complementary innovations designed to enhance both functionality and consumer experience. The newly introduced beverage carton cap trading as Opticap 27 features a patented anti-slip groove and an audible lock system to ensure freshness beyond the initial opening, while the Sensory Straw offers a more indulgent drinking experience.
Customers were also introduced to Lamipak’s One Pack One Code technology, which assigns a unique QR code to each package, enabling end-to-end digitalization across the value chain. One Pack One Code opens a new world of endless possibility from product traceability to consumer engagement and digital promotions.
Sustainability remained a key focus for Lamipak at this year’s exhibition. Under its “Pick Carton, Save Nature” sustainability slogan, Lamipak showcased an expanded portfolio of sustainability-driven packaging solutions, including LamiPure, which achieves a 22% reduction in carbon emissions, and LamiPristine, which delivers a 24% lower carbon footprint compared to standard aseptic liquid beverage cartons.
“Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 proved invaluable in strengthening our engagement with customers from across the MEA region. The company’s strong performance at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 underscores its strategic commitment to delivering innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric packaging excellence across the globe,” said Ajas Shaikh, Cluster Head for the Middle East and Africa Region.
“The high footfall at our stand enabled meaningful, in-depth discussions that helped us better understand evolving market needs and build stronger partnerships. This close interaction will play a vital role in supporting our customers’ growth ambitions and aligning our innovations with their future requirements,” added Kanchan Sharma, the Regional Marketing Head of South Asia and Middle East and Africa.
With two manufacturing hubs in China and Indonesia and a robust global supply chain network, Lamipak currently serves over 400 customers in the dairy and juice sectors across more than 80 countries.
