This show arrives as a dedicated platform that brings together the entire liquid food ecosystem. Future trends in Dairy, Alcoholic beverages, Water and Non-alcoholic beverages manufacturing will unfold at Liqui ProPac.
Trade Promotion Council of India, the organiser of India’s leading food industry exhibition, INDUS FOOD, and VA Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, the organiser of India’s premier food processing & packaging technology exhibition, INTER FOODTECH, join hands to create a one-of-its-kind platform for beverage & liquid food manufacturing — Liqui ProPac. Liquid ProPac will be held in September 28–30, 2027, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.
This exhibition is designed as an integrated platform to showcase end-to-end solutions, from ingredients to processing, filling, packaging, storage, distribution, and automation for sustainable manufacturing.
The MoU was signed by Shri Sandip Das, Deputy Director General, TPCI and Shri Ashwani Pande CEO of VA Exhibitions, in New Delhi on 15th May 2026.
The two bodies unite to bring strength to the show, which is the pressing need of the industry. As industries increasingly adopt advanced processing, packaging, automation, and energy-efficient technologies, the need for a dedicated platform focused on the complete liquid ecosystem has become more important than ever.
Speaking on the need to host this show, Mr Mohit Singla, Chairman TPCI said, “As India emerges as a major global hub for food processing and value-added manufacturing, the industry requires specialised platforms that can foster innovation, technology adoption, quality compliance, and global partnerships. Liqui ProPac will serve as a catalyst for driving investments, enhancing competitiveness, and promoting advanced manufacturing practices aligned with the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for ‘Make in India’ and food processing-led growth.”
The Indian dairy industry, currently valued at over USD 140 billion, is projected to surpass USD 290 billion by 2033, while the alcoholic beverages market is expected to grow beyond USD 120 billion by 2034. Simultaneously, India’s water and wastewater treatment sector is witnessing rapid expansion, driven by infrastructure investments and rising industrial demand. The non-alcoholic beverages market is also experiencing robust growth, fuelled by health-conscious consumers shifting towards functional drinks and low-sugar options. The sector is projected to grow at a CAGR of approximately 7–9% through 2033, with non-carbonated beverages continuing to gain strong consumer preference.
Mr Sandip Das, Deputy Director General, TPCI said, “We would like the learnings and strengths of Indusfood to be put to best use in establishing this pioneer show in India, which will not only strengthen the F&B value chain but will also help a large number of MSME exporters to connect with the global buyers here in India.”
