Dairy Automation (DAPL), formerly known as e-Doodh Solutions, has emerged as a leading innovator and implementor of cost-effective, cutting-edge technology-based solutions for the dairy industry. The company offers state-of-the-art technology that enhances the value to customers through a combination of multiple high-end technologies for complete solutions.

DAPL offers end-to-end milk processing solutions, starting from receiving, processing, packing, and dispatching the milk. Also, the company provides a wide range of milk processing equipment and plants related to the manufacturing of different products like curd, buttermilk, flavored milk, yogurt, and paneer.

DAPL also provides fully automated paneer manufacturing lines wherein no human intervention is required. Speaking about the offerings, Roopendra Chavan, director, DAPL, added, "Paneer is one of our focus areas; being indigenous and fresh cheese, we have done many innovations for paneer making. We got the patent rights for Paneer-O-Matic, an automatic coagulation machine for paneer making. We are also the largest supplier of micro-perforated mould for paneer. The mould directly allows you to pour the paneer curd into it and take the paneer block out. There is no need to have cloth for paneer."

At India International Dairy Expo (IIDE), DAPL displayed Paneer-O-Matic, micro-perforated moulds for paneer and cheese application, cheese placing machines, wall clusters, sterilizers, etc. He believes that this is a time when new product innovation is required. He urged, "It's time to go for automated plants, more hygienic plants, to get good quality products for your end consumer. The pandemic has taught us how to be more concerned about our health and nutrition. As a whole, I would request everyone to provide better, more hygienic, and more nutritious products, and for that, you require better machinery, better plant set up which we offer."

Chavan was delighted with their participation at IIDE as they received a very good response of customers. He added, "Overall, it was a good experience. We had a great footfall, made many new customers, and many new inquiries, so overall, it was a good show. I should thank the organizers of Koelnmesse who organized the event so well."
