Designed to form club store-ready retail display trays with ease and precision, the PopLok XL-TSF features a robust heavy-duty welded steel frame, a powered elevator for feeding oversized tray blanks, and an integrated top sheet feeder—allowing users to apply a protective or decorative top sheet as trays are formed. Utilizing EndFlex’s proven fold-and-tuck forming assembly, this system picks and forms one blank at a time into structurally secure, visually appealing trays ready for palletization or direct display.
