Making its India debut on 16–17 January 2026, Salon du Chocolat India marks a historic moment for the country’s premium chocolate movement—blending couture runways, monumental chocolate art, global thought leadership and hands-on mastery.
From master chef demonstrations and live art sculptures to a spectacular fashion show, Salon du Chocolat India 2026 promises an immersive chocolate experience for every generation. With free entry for kids, the show is designed as a truly family-friendly celebration, unfolding at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
At the heart of the show is the Chocolate Fashion Show, a global hallmark of Salon du Chocolat. Supported by WICA, with Chefs Unlimited as Uniform Partner and Urban Platter and MICKS Foods as Ingredient Partners, the runway transforms into a stage for edible haute couture. Powered by 150 kg of premium chocolate from MICKS, visionary chocolatier Chef Anil Rohira and creative curator Farzana Gandhi reimagine chocolate as couture—sculpted, tempered and styled into breathtaking wearable art that blurs the boundaries between fashion, gastronomy, and design.
Learning and indulgence blend seamlessly through hands-on workshops and masterclasses, where visitors explore truffl e-making, tempering, and advanced techniques under the guidance of world-class chocolatiers. Industry thought leadership takes centre stage with insights from Aanchal Sapra (Reve Patisserie), Aarthee Suriyakumar (Barry Callebaut India ), Cedric Bolatto (La Vanoise), Chitrangini Davda (Blue Aster Chocolates), Devansh Ashar (Pascati), Jacob Joy (Jakobi Chocolatier), Dr Kalei Ross on the neuroscience of chocolate, Kanchan Achpal (Smoor Chocolates), Karan Tejani (Ziaho), Manali Khandelwal (Subko Cacao), Mayank Bhatia (Loyka), Nikki Thakker (Entisi Chocolatier), Nivedita Prasad (Chocolate Philosophy), Palana Davda (Blue Aster Chocolates), Prakash Sanghvi (Delta Nutritives), Prashanth Chitme (Chocolate & Me)—celebrating its 10th anniversary, Sapna Nirmal (Chocohumm Chocolates), Shraddha Paithankar (Khari Biscuit), Shraddha Vichare (Nolita Cacao) and Sudhakar Gupta, a veteran of global pastry and business development.
At the centre of this spectacle stands a life-size chocolate sculpture crafted from nearly 200 kg of chocolate by renowned chocolate artist Rintu Kalyani Rathod. This ambitious edible artwork is brought to life with the generous support of Jindal Cocoa, which has sponsored the entire 200 kg of premium chocolate required for the installation, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing India’s evolving chocolate artistry. Urban Platter joins the collaboration as an essential ingredient partner, supporting the creation with key ingredients that ensure both structural precision and visual brilliance.
Equally iconic is a thoughtfully designed Kids’ Zone, a sponsor-led experience by Chocolate Philosophy, inviting young minds to discover the joy, ethics and creativity behind chocolate-making. Driving the innovation narrative forward, Mangharam Chocolate Solutions unveils its latest compact machinery under the theme “Small Machines, Big Possibilities.” Demonstrating how Indian-made equipment is empowering boutique chocolatiers worldwide, Mangharam highlights a new era where precision, fl exibility and affordability fuel artisanal excellence.
From global tasting journeys and live demonstrations to couture runways and immersive storytelling, Salon du Chocolat India 2026 is where chocolate dreams come alive—indulgent, innovative, and unmistakably world-class.
