Sid’s Farm, a premium dairy brand based in Telangana which delivers dairy products, announced that the company performs 27 tests based on FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) legal standards of milk and milk products. With a huge presence in Hyderabad, Sid’s Farm promises to provide millennial consumers with the purest form of milk with no hormones, preservatives, or antibiotics. The brand has a presence in 100 stores across the regions and eCommerce platforms like Bigbasket, Amazon, and Flipkart.

The company said, milk at Sid’s Farm daily undergoes physical testing, chemical testing, and microbiological testing. These tests rule out any common additives in the market such as fat and Solids-Not-Fat (SNF), urea, sugar, maltodextrin, antibiotics, ammonium compounds, pesticides, toxic chemicals, and bacterial contamination. Moreover, long-term exposure to such impure milk is a health threat that is particularly important as milk is a staple in most Indian households, especially children. Therefore, a correct message about milk safety must be communicated to the public.

Kishore Indukuri, founder and chief executive officer of Sid’s Farms, said, “The tests are conducted in state-of-the-art facilities to establish that no hormones, preservatives, or adulterants from procurement till delivery have been used. The Indian consumers, most of the time, are drinking chemicals, and Sid’s Farm want to provide the alternative. We have seen that informed consumers are ready to pay for healthy food, quality inputs and look to capitalize on that market only.”

“We want to benchmark quality as the main USP of the milk and any other product that we bring to the market. Our target consumers have been enjoying the purest form of milk and other products and aiming for 10% market share in Hyderabad by 2025 using quality milk as the alternative to established brands,” Indukuri said.

Sid’s Farm promises to offer the purest quality milk to the consumers and work extensively by proactive maintenance and optimization of production and logistical chains, such as robotic milking machines and processing and packaging line automation reinforced by sensors for rapid chemical and microbial analysis improved and real-time data management.
