VegEase, the cart-at-home eGrocery startup, is launching its services in UP and Haryana, including Manesar, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Noida. Buoyed by growing consumer demand in the NCR region, VegEase is evaluating neighborhood cart placement locations in these cities in UP and Haryana to offer the premium cart-at-home service. VegEase has already begun delivery of fruits and vegetables in this region and will shortly introduce exotic and organic produce. According to the company, the cart-at-home model has seen tremendous success in NCR as VegEase, with customer base doubling in just one month in April 2021, and is growing at the rate of 100% every month.

VegEase is committed to giving back the power of choice to the consumer in the eCommerce of fruits and vegetables. With the cart-at-home model, consumers can order online and then choose the fresh produce from the cart at their preferred time. This increases the complexity of the logistics of fruits and vegetable delivery. VegEase is ramping up warehousing and will soon be opening more dark stores to reduce the turnaround time (TAT) of delivery and other aspects of supply chain management to facilitate this.

Founder of VegEase, Mayank Chaurasia, sums up the brand's expansion plans, "Our expansion plans are spurred by the market response to VegEase. We are focused on constantly improving customer satisfaction. Our guarantee of timely delivery and self-pick options for increased transparency reassures customers of our commitment to them and drives high-performance benchmarks. Our success metric on returns is industry's lowest at 0.25%, as against industry average of 2-3%".

Since its inception in January 2021, VegEase has achieved a turnover of Rs 9 million, a customer base of over 15,000 in the Delhi NCR region, with 5000 customers coming on board in April and May 2021 alone. By the end of 2021, VegEase will be operational across all major metros in the south and west India, with a targeted turnover of INR 40 million in the current fiscal year.

Started in 2020, VegEase is a first-of-its-kind exclusive app (available on Play Store and App Store) to ensure the consumer gets fresh and unadulterated fruits and vegetables at the doorstep. A user-friendly app dedicated to fruits and vegetables alone highlights the brand's core objective to focus on today's most critical cause to safeguard the health of all topped with a unique proposition. VegEase has a dedicated fleet of company-owned vehicles manned by cart captains and ably supported by the most modern state-of-the-art warehouse facility. The mission, vision, and obsession of VegEase is all about elevating consumer relationships with a brand beyond brick and mortar. Their cart at home model is what makes them stand out.

VegEase is part of EGreens, a people-first retail company focused on using its innovative zeal to redefine the grocery shopping experience and let customers discover the delight of buying farm-fresh fruits and vegetables.
