Confectionery Process Technology and Innovation Seminar

Coperion Food, Health and Nutrition division (Coperion FHN), along with 3P Group of companies, engaged with the Indore Processed food and confectionery stalwarts in a brain storming session. The session objective of the event was to understand the industry challenges with respect to the adoption of new technologies and innovations in the processed food industry, enabling a platform for open dialogue and knowledge exchange.

The session highlighted the strong annual growth trajectory of the confectionery market in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in India, where consumer preferences are increasingly shifting toward premiumized products, interactive and customized formats, healthcare and nutraceutical gummy products.

Coperion shared its comprehensive capabilities, ranging from upstream sugar processing systems to advanced solutions for process flexibility, automation, and operational efficiency in the production of gummies, hard candies, caramels, and fondants. Attendees were given a deep dive by specialists into how innovative technologies support today’s end-to-end confectionery production needs, along with the insights on key innovations and real-world case studies demonstrating how manufacturers can elevate product value through process excellence and technology upgrades. In addition, some esteemed local manufacturers contributed to the discussion by showcasing successful product formats and sharing valuable production ideas.

An engaging and interactive dialogue unfolded as industry stakeholders conveyed their operational challenges directly to Coperion and 3P Group’s technical teams.
